Ingredients
1. 3 small ripe mangoes (sweet and sour )
2. 1 fresh coconut shavings
3. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
5. 1 green chilli
6. 2 shallots
7. 1 cup water
8. 1 teaspoon mustard
9. 4-5 fenugreek seeds
10. 2-3 Dry red chilli
11. Oil
12. Salt
13. 2 cups
14. I teaspoon cumin
Method
1. In a mud pot add the mangoes with water, turmeric powder, chilli powder and let it boil for five minutes
2. In a blender add coconut, green chilli, shallots, cumin, curd till a fine paste is achieved
3. Add the paste in the mud pot and switch off the flame when the mixture starts to
4. In an another pan add oil and let the mustard seeds pop then add fenugreek seeds, dry red chilli along with curry leaves the add this to the curry. Serve
