Hot chicken wings

Ingredients

Marination

1. 14 wings (i guess around 500 gms)

2. 1 tsp salt

3. 1/2 tsp pepper powder

4. 1 tsp chili powder

5. 2 tsp baking powder


Sauce

1. 1.5 tsp of honey

2. 5 tbsp sriracha sauce (any hot sauce, or add ketchup + chili flakes)

3, 1/2 tsp minced garlic

4. 1 tsp vinegar

5. 1 tsp soya sauce

6. 1 tsp sesame oil (any)

7. 1 tbsp water


Method.

1. Clean and dry the chicken wings, keep it in the fridge for a few minutes and dry it with a towel.

2. Preheat the oven to 400 F or 200 C

3. Add the marination to the chicken and place it on a tray (recommend using foil on the tray)

4. Bake for 20 minutes each side or just shallow fry it on the stove, or microwave until cooked.

5. Meanwhile in a pan add oil, garlic, and all the sauces and water. Check for salt. Allow it to thicken

6. Toss the chicken wings and serve hot.
