Ingredients
1. 1 cup basmati rice
2. 2 cup water
3. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
4. 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
5. 2-3 cloves
6. 1 stick of cinnamom
7. 2-3 medium big pieces of chicken
8. 1 teaspoon of chilli powder
9. 1 teaspoon kabsa powder
10. 1 teaspoon pepper powder
11. 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice
12. Salt
13. 1 teaspoon of soya sauce
Method
1. Add seeds,cloves cinnamom to hot oil add chicken and spices and stir for few minutes
2. Add water and let the chicken cook for 20 minutes
3. In a bowl remove the chicken add lemon juice, chilli powder, salt and soya sauce and fry it in a pan till the color turns golden brown
4. In the spiced chicken broth add the soaked rice and cook in an air tight container till the rice gets cooked (Add pepper as per taste)
5. Add the chicken to the rice and serve hot with salad.
