Ingredients
Sauce
1. 5-6 dry red chilli
2. 2-3 garlic cloves
3. Small piece of ginger
4. 1 tablespoon of vinegar
5. Salt
6. 1 chopped onion
7. 2 teaspoon tomato sauce
8. 1 teaspoon soy sauce
9. Water
Chicken marination
1. 500 gms of chicken
2. 2 tablespoon of corn flour
3. 2 tablespoon of refined flour
4. 1 tablespoon of soy sauce
5. Salt
6. 1 teaspoon of kashmiri chilli powder
Method
1. Mix the chicken well and set aside for 1 hour and fry it
2. For the sauce in a blender add dry chilli, garlic, ginger, salt, vinegar and make a smooth paste
3. In a pan add oil and onions after the onions turn golden in color add the smooth chilli paste and water as per consistency along with sauces let it boil for some time
4. The final step being in a wok or pan add oil and finely chopped green chilli along with sauces and water
5. Add the fried chicken to the sauce and let it thicken a bit
6. Serve hot.
