Ingredients
1. 1 cup fine semolina
2. 3/4th cup powdered sugar
3. 3/4th cup fresh coconut flakes
4. 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
5. Milk (around 1/4 cup)
Method
1. Roast the semolina for a few minutes (around 10 minutes on low flame) make sure the colour does not change
2. In an another pan add the coconut flakes (in a blender blend the coconut flakes for 2 seconds) and stir it for 2-3 minutes later on add sugar and cardamom powder
3. When the sugar melts add in the semolina and add milk as per requirement
4. Shape the mixture into small balls and serve
