Idli fry


Ingredients


1. 2 tablespoon oil 2. 1 Onion 3. 1 teaspoon garlic paste 4. 1 teaspoon ginger paste 5. 1 small green chilli cut into small pieces 6. 1/2 ( chopped ) bell pepper

7. 1/2 (chopped) tomato 8. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup 9. 2 tablespoon red chilli sauce 10. 1 tablespoon soya sauce 11. 1 tablespoon white vinegar 12. 1/2 tablespoon sugar 13. 1/2 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder 14. 20 pc (small) fried idlies 15. salt 16. 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 17. 1*2 dry red chilli


Method:

- Heat oil in a wok / pan, add mustard seeds, green chilli and dry red chilli after they pop add onions and quickly stir fry. - Add garlic, ginger, bell pepper, tomato and stir fry and mix everything well. Leave it for 8-10 minutes. - Add tomato ketchup, red chilly sauce, soya sauce, white vinegar, sugar, chilly powder and mix everything well. - Add fried idlis and mix well the idlis with the gravy - Sprinkle some water, salt and toss it to mix everything well. - The dish is ready to be served hot.
