Fried rice

Ingredients

1. 1/2 cup chopped carrots

2. 1/2 cup chopped beans

3. 1/2 cup chopped spring onion

4. 2-3 minced garlic

5. Salt

6. Pinch of sugar

7. 2 cups cooked basmati rice

8. 1 tablespoon soya sauce

9. 1/2 tablespoon chilli sauce

10. 1 teaspoon hot and sweet sauce

11. 1/2 teaspoon pepper

12. Oil

13. Egg



Method

1. In a pan add oil and garlic

2. On high flame add the veggies and stir for 2-3 minutes

3. Add all the sauces, salt, pepper and sugar

4. Add the egg and mix well

5. Add the cooked basmati rice and serve.
