Ingrdients
1. 2 large potato
2. 1/2 cup milk
3. 1 slice of cheese
4. Salt
5. Pepper
6. Nutmeg
7. Butter
Method
1. Boil the potatoes really well and mash them (in a pressure cooker for about 7-8 whistles)
2. In a pan add butter, after the butter is melted add the mashed potato then add milk till a smooth paste is formed, later on add the cheese which is cut into pieces
3. After the cheese has melted season the mashed potato with salt,pepper and a pinch of nutmeg
4. Serve hot with meat or fries
