1. 1 cup chopped lettuce
2. 1 large chopped tomato
3. 1 cup chopped broccoli
4. 1 chopped apple
5. 1 chopped cucumber
6. 300 gms shrimp
7. 1 large green capsicum chopped
8. 1 potato diced in cubes
9. salt
10. chilli flakes
11. pepper
12. green chilli sauce
13. soy sauce
14. 1 lemon
15. few jalapenos
16. few olives
17. hot and sweet tomato sauce
18. oregano
19. vinegar
20. butter/olive oil
Method
1. Roast the potato with chilli flakes and salt
2. Marinate the shrimp with salt, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon chilli sauce, 3-4 drops vinegar and pepper. Let it set for 15 minutes and fry
3. Stir fry or roast the capsicum and broccoli with salt
4. Mix all the above and serve
