Ingredients
1. 200 grams boneless chicken
2. 1 cup buttermilk
3. Salt
4. 1 teaspoon oregano
5. 1 teaspoon chilli powder
6. 1 1/2 cups cornflakes
7. Oil to fry
Method.
1. Marinate the chicken in buttermilk and salt for at least half an hour
2. Crush the cornflakes in a blender add chilli powder, oregano and salt
3. Coat the chicken in the seasoned cornflakes and fry
4. Serve hot the Mayo and ketchup
