Ingredients
1. 2 chicken breast
2. Bread crumbs
3. Salt
4. White of an egg
5. Oil
6.1 teaspoon lemon
7. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
Method
1. Cut the chicke ninto half and bang it down to thin layer then cut according to liking or square shaped
2. Marinate chicken with salt, lemon and white of an egg
3. For coating in the breadcrumbs add salt and chilli powder
4. Coat the chicken with breadcrumbs and fry in
5. You can deep fry or shallow fry or even bake
