Ingredients
1. 2 chicken breasts
2. 2 mashed potatoes
3. 1 large chopped onion
4. 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
5. 3-4 green chili chopped
6. 1 teaspoon chili powder
7. 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
8. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
9. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
10. salt
11. 1 lemon juice
12. 1 cup semolina
13. 2 egg
14. 1 cup refined flour
15. oil
16. coriander leaves
Method
1. Cook the chicken and then shred it
2. In a pan saute the onion, chili and ginger garlic paste
3. Once the onions turn translucent add the spices and cook for 3-4 minutes
4. Add the shredded chicken, potato, lemon and coriander leaves
5. Shape the mixture in desired shapes, coat it with refined flour then egg and at last with semolina and deep fry or shallow fry
6. Serve hot with ketchup
