Ingredients

1.1/2 tomato

3. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder

5. 1 teaspoon soya sauce
6. 4-5 garlic cloves
7. 1/2 teaspoon vinegar
8. 1 teaspoon green chilli sauce
9. Salt
10. 1/2 cup water
11. 1 tablespoon oil
12. 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
chicken
1. 250 grams boneless chicken
2. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
3. salt
rice cake
1.1/2 cup rice powder
2. salt
3. water

1. 3 eggs
2. 5 button mushrooms
3. Processed cheese
5. 1 tablespoon kashmiri red chilli powder

Method
Red chilli sauce
1.Iin a bowl add tomato, dry red chilli and water and let it boil. Peel of the tomato skin and let it cool. Mix in a grinder with the water
2. In a pan add oil and add finely chopped garlic let it be for 2 minutes. Later on add the grinded mixture along with soya sauce, vinegar, tomato sauce, green chilli sauce, salt
Rice cake
1. Add rice powder, hot water, salt and mix and roll on to cylindrical shapes and cut according to liking
Chicken
1. Grind the chicken with salt and chilli powder and roll into circles or as per liking
Tteokbokki
1. Add 2 cups of water to a pan on high flame along with the red chilli sauce, kashmiri chilli powder, red chilli powder, salt.
2. After the sauce boils add the chicken balls, rice cakes, mushrooms, soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and decrease the flame to medium small and let it be for 10 minutes.
3. Add the boiled egg cut into half to the sauce
4. Add a little bit cornflour mixed with water for thickening if required
5. Add cheese and switch off the flame after 5 minutes
6. Ready!
