1. 2 chicken breast
2. 1 slice of cheese
3. 1. small onion sliced
4. 1 small capsicum sliced
5. salt
6. pepper
7. lemon
8. 1 teaspoon chilli sauce
9. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
10. oregano
11. chilli flakes
12. hot red sauce
13. oil
Method
1. Flatten the thick sides of the chicken and create an even level and add all the spices as per liking and let it marinate for 1/2 an hour
2. In a pan add some oil and place the chicken breasts
3. Flip the chicken after 2-3 minutes and check if its slightly brown
4, Add the veggies along side the chicken, season it with salt and pepper
5, Just before taking out the chicken add the cheese slices on top of the chicken and cover it with a lid
6. Once the cheese has melted serve hot
